There are a lot of good reasons to eat salmon.
When properly prepared, salmon is a taste sensation!
Salmon is also considered part of a healthy
diet because it can reduces the risks of heart disease and certain types of
cancer. Population studies such as the Greenland Eskimo study, which suggests
that that consuming more fish can result in a lower incidence of heart disease
and cancer. Other studies in Japan suggest that the country's high average live
expectancy may be related to consumption of larger amounts of fish than in North
America.
